Good Evening Follow Night Owls!
Tonight I indulge on my favourite greek delicacy, haloumi cheese! unlike other cheeses, haloumi isn't high in fat as most cheeses and a good source of protein.
Maybe not so good at 10pm however delicious at any time, day or night!
Recently, I went to the Hunter Valley with my boyfriend and we went cheese and wine tasting, I still side with haloumi cheese as being the best cheese ever!
During our adventure I discovered this delicious Rosemary and Garlic mustard, that joined my haloumi creation and created a party in my mouth!
